Log shipments, see which suppliers actually deliver on time.
"Our supplier is usually late" is a feeling, not a fact — until someone actually logs the dates. This tracker turns promised-vs-actual delivery dates into a simple on-time rate per supplier, so decisions about who to keep, renegotiate with, or drop are based on a number instead of a vibe. Small logging habit, real leverage in the next vendor conversation.
